HISTORY
Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB, or simply "La Católica") is a private university based in Caracas, Venezuela. Member of the Association of Universities Entrusted to the Society of Jesus in Latin America (AUSJAL), is directed by Jesuit Fathers. It has its main headquarters in Caracas and nuclei in Los Teques, Puerto Ordaz, Coro and soon in the Island of Margarita. It is the third university in Venezuela according to QS World University Rankings® for the academic year 2016.
